Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. For advent calendars, opened compartments or used squishies may affect return eligibility, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where helpful, photos of the issue. We will review the problem and work with you on an appropriate solution.
Return shipping
Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
